• Responsible Landlords (Owners of all properties are contracted to ensure their property meets the above requirements)
• Sensibly priced accommodation. The longer you rent one By selecting the best available, demand for our rental properties usually outstrips supply. If our properties are therefore continually let there are no periods when they are not earning revenue. This minimises the costs to both ourselves and the owners. These cost savings are passed on to you.

  What are the catches?

To ensure that you get a high standard of accommodation at a competitive cost we simply ask that:-

• You are either a company or individual in full time employment
• You can provide the relevant references and credit checks required
• You pay your rent monthly by Direct Debit of by Standing Order
• You rent the property for a period of one year (6 months by negotiation with owner). The longer you are able to commit yourself, the greater the discount you will obtain on our properties.

You will not be charged for any work we do to find you suitable accommodation. Once suitable accommodation is found for you simply pay the required rent in advance on a monthly basis plus an initial deposit of six weeks rent which is refunded to you at the end of the tenancy.
